In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and GATC Classic Sage Turkey Links. Cook covered for 5-7 minutes and turn every 2 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
On a cutting board, let turkey rest for 3 minutes. Slice turkey links into 1/2 inch pieces and set aside.
In the same skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic. Stir frequently and cook until garlic is golden.
Add cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and cook until tomatoes start to blister. Then add turkey sausage, yellow peppers, pasta, and cook for 1 more minute.
Season with salt and pepper, and mix until thoroughly combined. Garnish with fresh microgreens or herbs.
