  • 1 package GATC Smoky & Sweet Chili Turkey Breast Cutlets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 small head red cabbage, shredded

  • 4 carrots, shredded

  • 2 ears of corn, shucked and sautéed or grilled

  • 1 avocado, cubed

  • 4 corn tortillas

  • 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped

  • 1lime, cut into 4 wedges

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill, dried
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • avocado, optional

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and GATC Smoky & Sweet Chili Turkey Cutlets. Cook covered for 3 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  2. On a cutting board, let turkey rest for 3 minutes. Use two forks to pull apart cutlet meat until shredded. Set aside and keep warm.

  3. In a food processor, add the NYC Street Cart Sauce ingredients and blend until smooth.

  4. In a bowl, add red cabbage, shredded carrots, a tablespoon of NYC Street Cart Sauce, and mix into a coleslaw.

  5. In a separate bowl, combine corn and avocado.

  6.  In a small skillet over medium heat, warm tortillas until soft. In each tortilla, add a generous amount of shredded turkey, topped with coleslaw, corn, and avocado.

  7.  Finish off your tacos off with a sprinkle of Colby Jack cheese, a pinch of fresh cilantro, and a drizzle of the NYC Street Cart Sauce. Lastly, squeeze one lime wedge on top of each taco.

  8. Gobble up and enjoy!
